Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TataTrack, operated by TataDev LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including owners, admins, and members.
2. Description of Service
TataTrack is a cloud project and task platform for collaboration, knowledge management, whiteboarding, and workflow operations. TataDev LLC can modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all actions under your account and must report unauthorized use to hello@tatatrack.cloud.
4. Subscription and Billing
TataTrack includes a free plan and a Pro plan at $19 per company per month. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through PayPal. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use TataTrack to violate law, transmit harmful or illegal content, disrupt services, gain unauthorized access, or harass others. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of TataTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of your content and grant TataDev LLC a limited license to store and process it only to provide the Service.
7. API Usage
API tokens must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all actions made with your tokens. TataDev LLC may revoke tokens that violate these terms or rate limits.
8. Termination
TataDev LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or with notice at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranties. TataDev LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation. Use is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TataDev LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
TataDev LLC may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced by email or prominent platform notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
