Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TataTrack ("the Service"), operated by TataDev LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including company owners, administrators, and team members.
2. Description of Service
TataTrack is a cloud-based project and task management SaaS platform that provides companies with tools for team collaboration, knowledge management, whiteboard brainstorming, and workflow automation. TataDev LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TataDev LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@tatatrack.cloud.
4. Subscription and Billing
TataTrack offers a free plan and a Pro plan priced at $19 per company per month. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis through PayPal. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. TataDev LLC reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TataTrack to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of TataTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant TataDev LLC a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. API Usage
API tokens generated through TataTrack must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API tokens. TataDev LLC reserves the right to revoke tokens that violate these terms or applicable rate limits without prior notice.
8. Termination
TataDev LLC may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TataDev LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TataDev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
TataDev LLC may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by prominently posting notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
